As of 7am Wednesday morning, Louisiana 211 has serviced 6,992 calls seeking information on COVID-19.

· Not less than 15,000 mobile users have texted LACOVID to receive links to www.ldh.la.gov/ coronavirus and www.la211help.org with info to call 211 for help.

· www.la211help.org offers a comprehensive set of the most frequently asked questions with answers curated by LDH.

United Way of Northwest Louisiana urges anyone with questions concerning this present health challenge to call 2-1-1 or follow the links provided.
