WHAT POSITIVE HAS AIRPORT DIRECTOR DAVIS ACCOMPLISHED SINCE HIS HIRE?

It's an unanswered question--simply because airport director Wade Davis has failed to cooperate with a simple request for positive press

What IS known is that it took him many months to discover major problems with the gateways--the only "moving" parts of the airport.

The problems continue at the downtown airport.

The one positive is the Allegiant Air direct flights to Los Angeles. This was facilitated in part by a RASA contribution--money from hotel-motel tax.

The airport board has been under considerable criticism for many years for good cause.

Open communication with the media is important for any public-funded entity.

Hopefully, Wade and his board will acknowledge this responsibility.

ONCE AGAIN SHREVEPORT AIRPORT AUTHORITY NON-COMPLIANT WITH OPEN MEETINGS LAW

WHAT DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE IN COMMON?
