JUDGEMENT COULD SINK LOCAL AQUARIUM

The operations of the Shreveport Aquarium have always been shaky.

Further evidence of the aquarium’s fiscal problems is litigation filed by Vicki Warner of the Shreveport law firm Barham & Warner, L.L.C.

Planet Aqua Group Foundation (PAG) is the operator of the aquarium.

Namely Inc. obtained a judgment against PAG in the total amount of $28,104.

Warner filed a petition to have this judgment made executory in Caddo Parish. The judgment was filed on April 29 of this year.

This judgment allows Warner on behalf of her clients to seize assets of the aquarium including bank accounts.

Neither Warner nor PAG would comment on the litigation.
