COUNCILMAN/ REV. JAMES GREEN SAYS HUMOR & HARMONY FESTIVAL “FELT LIKE CHURCH”

Shreveport City councilman James Green aka Rev. Green tries vainly to say “cute" things at council meetings. Green treats the council mike as if he was in his own church, expecting adulation and approval of his many pathetic quips.

At yesterday's council meeting, Green praised profusely the Humor & Harmony Festival. He even said the festival "felt like church."

Here are some pictures of the events in the G-Unit dome during the four night run. Presumably Green was not referring to these "activities" as church-like:

At all press events with Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, the little man Green was front and center, as close to Jackson as possible. He probably posted those pictures on his beard butter ads that keep his beard coal black.

Let’s hope that Green's church-like feelings will spill over to his future comments and actions on the council. Unfortunately, in the past they often have been just the opposite.

IN ALL THE BUZZ OVER THE HUMOR & HARMONY FESTIVAL, GEEK'D CON SHOULD NOT BE OVERLOOKED!
