I believe and assert that the scheduled interviews for Friday 24 for the new position of Director of Council violate the Louisiana Open Meetings Law.

I am requesting that these meetings be cancelled.

And that all interviews be in an open public meeting duly noticed pursuant to the Louisiana Open Meetings Law.

This text is made to comply with La Code of Civil Procedure Art 3603.

That requires efforts to give notice of what I believe is the basis for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO)to prevent these meetings.

I urge you to cancel these meetings and to consult with legal counsel.

This text will be emailed to Kendra Joseph and Zelda Tucker

Please forward to them if you have cell numbers.

Emails will also be sent.

Unless I am advised in writing that meetings have been cancelled by noon on Tuesday Feb.21.

I will prepare pleadings to obtain a TRO to be filed Wed am.
