CURTIS "50 Cent" JACKSON'S BUILDING HAS PROPERTY STANDARDS VIOLATIONS

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson has purchased many downtown buildings and tracts in recent months.

One of these is located at 301 Spring Street.

This property is adjacent to The Sandbar, on the north side. The building on the corner of Spring and Travis is across the street from the city block purchased by Jackson which is bounded by Spring, Travis, Fannin and Commerce. This lot was the location of The Dome installed for the Humor & Harmony Festival.

Here are pictures of the building. Visitors to The Dome were treated to these sad appearances. These pictures depict obvious violations of the City's exiting Property Standards ordinances:

Jackson should not get a free ride on compliance with city ordinances. Hopefully, he will cure these ordinance violations in short order. The City’s Property Standards Office should promptly issue violations notices.
