MORE ON JAZZ ON RED FESTIVAL SCAM--THE PROMOTERS

The promoters are Ennis C. Gilbert and Charity Marcella Moran.

Gilbert was arrested by Shreveport Police on Sat. (April 12) on a fugitive warrant. Reportedly Gilbert is from New Orleans.

Moran is a Shreveport resident and a former high school teacher. In an KTAL interview she stated that every ticket sold was for a good cause. "To raise money and donate to make sure we provide scholarships for local high school jazz band students. We're about making sure we are fundraising for students in the jazz band."

Since a festival check to a major festival bounced, one can assume no money has been or will be donated as scholarships.
